Publishing Tools: Publishing Aide

Publishing Aides save you time.

Pick any student in the school to be your Publishing Aide.
Publishing Aides publish work for you but do not have access to your account. They publish in their own name and you can edit or delete their posts.

Click Publishing Aide in your Toolbox.

You can choose a student in your class or choose any student in the student directory

 

 

The Link to your course will appear on the student's homepage.

 

 

 

 

When the student clicks on the name of your course, he or she will see the assign work or publish notes form.

You can Edit or Delete a student post at any time.
