Sometimes you may need to have a page on your site that is not accessible via the Navigation Menu on the left hand side of the site.  Follow the steps below to create hidden pages. You can then link to these pages as needed.

• Create 2 subsection folders, one to hold the pages, and one to hide them both at the same level within a top level section.
• Add pages to the section designed to hold the pages and publish at least one page. This will make it viewable in the top menu but that's ok because we're about to hide it.
• In the Full Site Map view, drag the section with the pages into the section meant to hide them.
• Since our full site map appears in our rich text editor's link tool, you can add links to these pages like any other.
