Tips & Tricks: Send LoopMail to Students and/or Parents by Grade Level

Need to email students and/or parents for a specific grade level?  Using the Student Tracker, it can be done with just a few clicks.

1. Click View All on your portal page.

2. Select a Grade Level Tracker.


3. Select the group or groups to include in the email by placing check next to name; click New Message. All recipients will be listed in the BCC field.


4.  Enter a subject and compose your LoopMail message then click the Send button.
