It’s that time of the year again when we all start thinking ahead to summer, and many wonder what happens to their accounts and data.

All School Loop sites will remain open for account holders throughout most of the summer. Most features are fully functional during the summer with some exceptions listed on our Summer Transitions Help page. 

For teachers, the important stuff like progress reports, assignments, course lockers and notes are all archived a couple of weeks before the beginning of the new school year and are then accessible from the Course Archives link on the portal. A lot of other content is perpetual and some is deleted to prepare for the new school year.
