Need to email students and/or parents of a specific grade level or all grade levels? Or, students and parents of a specific course? Using the Student Tracker, it can be done with just a few clicks.
On your portal page, in the Student Tracker section, click View All.
Select the grade level or course.
Note - Course Level trackers for teachers are only accessible to those using Plus Gradebook.
Select the group or groups to include in the email by placing check next to name; click New Message.
LoopMail form opens with names entered into BCC field; compose LoopMail and send.
