Mode - Special Views (GB4)

There are four (4) modes or views for the main spreadsheet of the gradebook. Use the Mode menu located near the top left the gradebook spreadsheet to switch modes.

Points:

The default mode for the gradebook is "Points". In this mode, all grades are editable on the main gradebook spreadsheet.

Locked:

"Locked" mode is the same as locking scores on the current gradebook. Only empty cells are editable in this mode. All saved scores are locked.

Percent:

A new mode for version 4 of our gradebook allows you to see all scores as percentages of the maximum. In the "Percent" mode, all scores, empty or saved, are locked.

Show All:

"Show All" is the same as the "Points" view but all dropped students and their previous scores appear on the gradebook and are editable. Dropped students appear with a line through their name.
