Version 4 represents a major jump forward for our gradebook. Features such as Drop the Lowest Score and custom ordering of students and assignments bring us that much closer to a desktop application. Our online documentation for the new gradebook is complete but you will find that many of the base features have not changed from the current version. See our help pages for more information about all the new features.

If you'd like to upgrade to the newest version of our gradebook, you have two options: 1) Ask an administrator on your campus. Admin accounts in School Loop have the ability to opt teachers into the beta program; 2) Click the red Help link at the top right of every page in your portal and submit a help ticket. Our support staff will upgrade you immediately.

Note: The very first time you access the new gradebook, don't be alarmed if you see no students listed. Just click the Cancel button in the gradebook and our system will complete the conversion process for you.
